Outreach Program

The Outreach Program accepts self-referrals.

The Outreach worker provides free, short-term case management services to women living in the community who have experienced or who are living with violence.

The Outreach program is an alternative option for women who do not want to or need to enter the shelter. Services can be provided in a safe location that meets the individual needs of each woman. All services are provided using a client centered individualized approach. Privacy and anonymity are always a priority.

Outreach services may include safety planning, abuse education, emotional support, systems navigation, and/or needs assessments, resulting in referrals and assistance accessing community resources.

Outreach services are funded by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General.
